Arlene M. Holman is a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Consultant, Brand Strategist and Creative. With over 20 years of expertise in Marketing & Brand Development, she is the Founder | CEO | Creative Director of Sunbeam Communications Ltd.

Arlene has an MSc in Marketing from Edinburgh Business School, UK, which complements her hands-on expertise, grounding her strategic insights in a strong foundation of global marketing practices. Arlene’s career is defined by her commitment to elevating brands, fostering community, and driving purposeful changes across industries.

Her extensive experience spans sectors including Telecoms, Tech, Government, Arts, Culture, Creative, and Manufacturing, allowing her to bring a versatile and strategic approach to her client’s work. As the Creative Director at Sunbeam Communications, Arlene crafts impactful communication strategies and produces engaging content, that resonate with diverse audiences and drive meaningful growth.

Arlene also hosts the Sunbeam Chats Podcast, engaging thought leaders and entrepreneurs in conversations that explore the intersections of business, personal growth, and community impact. She is the founder of the LiveStyle Blog & Book Club.

She is the Co-Founder of the LIMITLESS Community & Hub for Women. A dynamic space where she is a strong advocate for women to be enlightened and equipped. Her passion is to curate gatherings and experiences to inspire and support them in their personal and professional journeys, building spaces for connection and empowerment.

Arlene is a Foodie, Fine Artist and Creative at heart; she enjoys various genres of the arts, books, travelling and curated lifestyle and wellness experiences.

Tennille Whiskey is a seasoned entrepreneur, financial strategist, and advocate for business growth and empowerment. With over 17 years ofexperience in entrepreneurship, financial advisory and investment management, she has made it hermission to elevate financial literacy and empower individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations.

Tennille’s entrepreneurial journey spanned multiple industries over the years, including retail fashion, spa wellness and the culinary arts. She has also taught or mentored with many of the local entrepreneurship programs, including YBTT, NEDCO and YTEPP.

She is currently the proud owner of The Tropical Whisk, a bespoke cake business renowned for its unique designs and delectable flavours, and a real estate investor. Tennille’s entrepreneurial journey is also deeply rooted in her drive to create meaningful impact.

She is the Co-founder of LIMITLESS, a professional empowerment community and networking hub designed to inspire and elevate women entrepreneurs, innovators, and leaders. Through LIMITLESS, Tennille curates transformative experiences, including retreatsand workshops, that foster personal growth, professional development, and collaboration.

As a Certified Financial Advisor, Tennille also balances this witha full-time career in financial advisory at one of the largest mutual fund companies in the Caribbean, combining personalized servicewith a holistic approach to wealth-building and financial independence.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Tennille is a creative at heart. She is a single mother to two boys, an avid traveller, and an advocate for passive income investments. These diverse passions fuel her mission to inspire others to pursue success holistically, combining ambition with creativity and balance.
